Nick Vujicic------quite a difficult and hard to read name. I think you may not realize who he is but I sure you have heard of a man with no legs and hands. I was sunned when I heard about him in television. I can’t imagine the life of him. In other’s eyes,he is strange, some even think he is horrible. However,he changes his life. His optimistic attitude towards life has inspired tens of thousands of people. Nick Vujicic is an Australian preacher and motivational speaker. He is born with Tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of all four limbs. His disability haven’t stopped him. He learned to write using the two toes on his left foot with a special grip that slid onto his big toe. He learned to use computer, throw tennis ball, comb his hair, brush his teeth and etc. In your eyes, they’re the most common and easy actions. For Nick, he had to practice again and again. When Nick was seventeen,he started his non-profit organization,Life Without Limbs. His work and spirit is praised by an award called ”Young Australian of the Year”. He also published his first book-----Life without Limbs. I think the story of Nick is inspirational. Some easy actions like shake hands with others,Nick cannot do. I appreciate him that he keep on trying on new things. I have watched a video that he was surfing. It’s amazing for me. He can do what i can’t. Look at him and reflect myself. I have a healthy body and four limbs. I can do what Nick have done and even more than him! A quote from Nick is brilliant “If you can’t get a miracle, become one”.Nick did what he said. Everyone in the world wait for miracle when they are in despair but miracle is not always available. Why don’t we create one ourselves? Now, I know that how wonderful of life. When you feel it’s the end, it never end. There is no despair in the world. God close one door while opening anther for you. Nick’s story encourage me to go through every big or small obstacles....
