Risk Assessment Report
Personality clashes – when someone challenges a deeply held belief of another person.
You should respect your co-worker as they are, because there are differences everywhere you go, so you should know that other people have different views and opinions to you, and have been brought up in different environments. So respect should be shown. If it continues then should seek the company’s help.
Differences in working styles – when one person likes things one way and the other person another.
If situations like this arise then it should be resolve like adults and should discuss the situation between one another and come to some sort of agreement. Also, if possible you should work together for the company’s sake.
Status differences – managers/supervisors mistreating staff thinking they are better than them.
There are ways supervisors should treat staff and it should only be professionally, they are there to ensure the job is done properly not to belittle co workers. When situations like this arise they should either be sorted by talking to them and asking them to realize how they are treating you and if this does not work, then reporting higher up to head office would be the right thing to do.
Work demands – your boss piling loads of work on you because he does not like you.
You should discuss this with them about the situation, how it’s too much pressure and if this continues then you should report higher up. [continues]
