Rights and Obligations
Abstract

Unethical business practices affect all business in one way or another.   Typically, there are employees who notice unethical practices by witnessing what their co-workers are doing.   Many unethical practices consists of stealing from the company, either materialistically or by stealing time.   One approach employees can take if their concerns are not being heard is whistle - blowing.

Rights and Obligations
All businesses not only have obligations to their society but also to their employees.   Employees help run the business..   Employees help make the business profitable and add to the success of a business.   Treating employees with the same respect that a business would expect from the employee is a virtue of a business.   Without the employee, business would not be able to be successful.
Employees work for various reasons.   The main reason why a person works is to gain income to pay for their own services and goods.   What happens if an employee witnesses unethical practices within the business?
Unethical practices within a business can consists of an array of issues that would potentially bring down the morale of the employees and the company.   Unethical practices could also cause harm to the employee and the society..   There are unethical issues that happen daily in the work place.
In Moira's situation, she began a job that she thought she would be successful in.   Since she hast started at the corporate company, she has witnessed many unethical business practices.   Moira has witnessed employee theft, people arriving to work late and leaving early, and taking longer breaks than allowed.   Moira has even noticed that other employees within her department have been stealing company time by checking personal e-mail, shopping online, and gambling.   These are all cases of unethical practices in the company(Goree. 2006).
