ABSTRACT
This research is a descriptive analysis about the RH Bill in the Philippines. This study shows the factors that are congruent on the passage of the bill. The problems are presented logically and emphasized for us to discuss and explain. RH Bill became a very big controversy on our society that we should talk about. Every man should know about this, it is their right to have knowledge on this proposed act. Philippines are active on this particular bill because we are now experiencing a rapid population growth that is causing more poor families and poverty in the country. The bill wants to help mothers because they are the one who is suffering in giving birth to children. Unwanted pregnancy, Abortions, Maternal Deaths, this is some of the reasons why we should make a change and help each other to save lives. These study state facts that we should consider why we should pass this bill. It is a must to pass the bill. Poverty, Population Growth, Reproductive Health Services, Reproductive Health Benefits are explained in this research. Philippines are aiming to develop our country and make it as one of the best countries in Asia, or better around the world if possible. It is normal to oppose this study because some people are against the bill.
