The TATA Group is a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. The TATA name has been respected in India for 140 years for its adherence to strong values and business ethics.
TATA Motors follows competency based interviewing as a recruitment technique. To make it more effective I studied BEHAVIOR BASED INTERVIEWING PROCESS and suggested to club this process with competency based interviewing.
To enhance the interview process, I made pamphlet on QUESTIONING SKILLS based on behavioral based interviewing technique, for managers from technical background, as they are not very familiar with details of HR concepts.
To create awareness of behavioral based interviewing in the recruitment department and as well as in different departments, I designed some posters depicting the basic concepts of Behavioral Based Interviews.
