• Around 7 years of IT experience in full lifecycle development from small to large complex implementations of Siebel CRM and Siebel UCM applications • Experience in Siebel Implementations in 7.5.2, 7.8, 8.0 and 8.1.5. • Expertise in Siebel EAI – Integration Workflows, EBC, VBC, Web Services, MQ Series, Integration Objects, Siebel Adapters, EAI Transport Adapters, Data Mapper, SOAP UI, XSLT, and WSDL. • Good Siebel development skills in implementing Siebel Scripting (Server & Browser), Workflow Processes, Workflow Policies, Runtime events and Business Services. • Having good experience in Inbound and Outbound Interfaces • Have understanding on UCM Data quality Manger, Survivorship rules and Data Model of Siebel UCM. • Experience in Siebel UCM and have knowledge in UCM Data model, UCM Functionalities like BDM, Conflicts, Suspects, D&B and overall data processing. • Successful demonstrated experience as an effective technical lead in medium/large projects, specifically in creating technical designs and through full lifecycles (requirements, design, development, deployment and Support) • Experience in providing coaching/mentoring to other team members • Experience as a leader throughout the project lifecycle with the ability to motivate and lead teams. • Expertise in transforming the requirements and business issues into technical design specs and providing a sound and timely solutions. • Performed Gap analysis, Technical Approach and Technical Design documentation (HLD and LLD), involved in testing and project migration activities.
