Explain the reason for selecting topic one, identify the audience, and provide a preliminary thesis statement. The topic I chose is “Should Transportation Security (TSA) regulations are changed”. I chose this topic because the Transportation Security is imperative to many customers mainly travelers. Therefore, my audience is anyone who travels. The Transportation Security Administration protects the Nation's transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. The thesis statement to this topic is if the advantages and disadvantages of the Transportation Security Agency. Explain the reason for selecting topic two, identify the audience, and provide a preliminary thesis statement. The second topic I chose is? Should changes be made to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)? This topic is important because the Food and Drug administration is to protect and promote health. The thesis statement for this topic is determining ways to improve the Food and Drug Administration. The audience for this topic is everyone because everything that deals with food and drugs must approved by the Food and Drug Administration. The thesis statement for this topic is studies have been repeatedly conducted that show cell phone use while driving can be as dangerous as drinking under the influence.
