Everyone has felt as though there is never enough time in a day to finish all of the things that have to be done. Millions of people around the world feel the same way and also struggle with managing their time. Having to juggle of family, work, personal lives, and other obstacles in life such as school and schoolwork can be a very discouraging and stressful task if not handled properly. Thus, the tool of time management, which is the ability to arrange, organizes, and budget one’s time effectively can be very crucial to putting a stop to these unneeded stresses. (WiseGeek, 2003-2009). Today we will be discussing what time management is, how one can gather information to prevent the issue occurring, how one can evaluate the information gathered, and how one can use this information to solve the problem of ineffective time management.

The first step to determining the problems is to look at one’s time management issues and why things are not being done on time, then evaluating why. Then by learning what time management is.   A way to arrange, organize, and budget one’s time so that the main priorities are finished first to allow less stress and completes them as scheduled. Achievements of both short and long-term goals are directly linked to one’s ability to manage their time effectively and reach their goals. Failing to set a schedule that maintains everyday tasks, responsibilities, and everyday activities can have horrible consequences concerning the accomplishment of your goals, making a strict and realistic schedule is necessary to accomplish one’s tasks within a given time.   To accomplish goals and stick to one’s agenda gathering information should be the next step.
