Research has long been considered part of the scientific method which is widely considered as the "basic, standard practice in the world of science” (Gravetter & Forzano, 2009).Research is indeed an integral part of the behavioural sciences (for example, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology) as professionals in these areas rely on methods of science to gather and interpret information. Simply the value of research is that it provides a carefully developed system for answering questions so that the answers we use in conclusion are as accurate and complete as possible.
