It will focus how women have played a significant role in contributing towards the growth of politics in Botswana as a whole. The purpose of the study is to investigate the gender balance in political practice as far as Botswana’s political evolution is concerned. To point out the loop holes in the practice of politics by women as well as identify the limitations, leading us to the recommendations in this regard.
