Abstract

      The correlation analysis of the leadership – learning activities associated with organizational profitability is a quantitative analysis design. The article, Holiday Review baring the title of Snappy answer to stupid questions, is an evidence base qualitative peer review. The location of the problem statement is in the abstract of the "Snappy answers to stupid questions." The article is about the writers of "Mad Magazine" attempting to make light of questions by peer-review scientist. Leigh, (2009) states, "Leadership resource development is failing to meet organizations' current leadership needs". (Leigh,, 2009, p. 5)   The research started with the question of what does the current leadership of organizations need. The purpose is to analyze the education leadership receive and the benefits to the organization's success. Leigh, (2009). Planning research is giving insight regarding the education leadership receive, and how the training or learning activities can relate to the benefit or profits of the organization. The previous research prior to Leigh also shows a correlation between learning and revenue. Leigh, (2009) states, educating, and training the leaders of the organization a direct correlation to the flow of revenue, and" facilitate the development of a model for the organization in terms of new employees, emergent leaders, and losses that do not result in employees going to work for competitors. Leigh, (2009) The information that Leigh capitalize on in the problem and purpose planning of the statements allows a plan for collection of data, analyzing, and interpretation stages.
