This report is a research on people with hearing disabilities. The areas covered by the report are to research 3 accommodations for the hearing impaired in Auckland, New Zealand and evaluate whether the facilities and services they offer are appropriate for guests with hearing disabilities. The three accommodations are Mercure Hotel, Langham Hotel and Hilton Hotel. This includes interviewing members of the accommodations with written questionnaires to obtain information regarding the facilities, amenities and services they can provide for the people with the disability.
