FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
A survey was conducted among 50 employees with a questionnaire and the information thus collected is collated and put into tabular formats. From the Tabulation, charts were derived. The following are the findings from the Tables and Charts.

1.Majority of the respondents are in the age range of 26-30 years which is an ideal for an industry
2.As many as 50% of the respondents are of the opinion that the company has a good working strategy for production department.

3.Production department feels that company’s own transport is sufficient to transport raw materials and finished products. 4.46% of the respondents feel that the company has introduced State-of-the-art technology in its production process. 5.54% of the respondents feel that they are being trained to handle the sophisticated plant and machinery. 6.38% of the respondents expressed their opinion that only the supervisory staff are being sent for training in handling new equipments. 7.64% of the respondents felt that the company has taken adequate safety measures at the workstation. 8.40% of the respondents said that they get overtime job very often. 9.46% of the respondents feel that the company has paid the overtime wages as per rules. 10.48% of the respondents said that they have been paid in cash with respect to overtime wages. 11.70% of the respondents have said that there is systematic maintenance of inventory records regarding spares and raw materials. 12.46% of the respondents said that there is strict adherence to quality control throughout production activity. 13.44% of the respondents felt that they had some problems with raw materials at storage level. 14.62% of the respondents have said that the rating of delivery system of finished goods are excellent. 15.Only 22% of the respondents have said that there is delay in supply of raw materials at the time of production. 16.64% of the respondents opined that there is always a recognition by...
