ABSTRACT

The main area of study is to analyze functionality of the current manual system and come up with a computerized system that will aid in the development of the company. This report will help the management to identify problems with the current system, prepare for the project funding, make necessary adjustments and give the go ahead for the project development to start. During this analysis the organizational functionality, problem areas and the association with external entities will be analyzed in detail. As a system analyst it is required that a cost benefit analysis will be carried out for the proposed new system to make sure new system brings the highest returns to the organization. The main objective is to come up with a systematic development of the new system starting with the system analysis, system design, programming, testing, implementation, training and finally changeover and maintenance. This in turn will aid in collecting current and past customers’ information and storing it in the database and also enhancing simplicity of access to the customers details in the data base, details of their customers,
