1.1 Origin and Background of the Report
This report is being assigned as a part of the Degree BBA 499A, (Internship). To prepare this report under the state of University’s requirement, I accommodate my internship program in Standard Chartered Bank. For the completion of the course, as an essential part I had prepared Report. This report is being formed on the most vital issue which is Customer Tracking and Product selection process. At the very beginning of my internship I have studied different functional departments of the organization. By going through all the departments I have chosen the solution delivery department for my study and analysis.
1.2 Objective of the Study
The objective of my study can be divided into two segments. These are given below:
1.2.1 Primary Objective
The primary objective of this report is to meet the requirements of the course, BBA 499A, Internship.
1.2.2 Secondary Objective
The secondary objectives are:
• To analyze the present system of Solution Delivery Department in Standard Chartered Bank, basically to find out the effectiveness of the current system. • To identify the problems (if any).
• Finding out the possible solutions to eliminate the problems. • And most of all to gain a life time experience by working as an intern and achieving knowledge. 2.0 Introducing the Organization
