The main objective of this report is to discover financial performance of Eastern Bank Limited so that management and the public can identify the most critical problems inside the Bank and develop ways to deal with those problems. Banks today are under great pressure – to meet the objectives of their shareholders, employees, depositors and borrowing customers, while somehow keeping government regulators satisfied that the bank’s policies, loans, and investments are sound.
