Preface

Getting practical knowledge is one of the major aims of BBA program. Department of business  administration Islamia university of Bahwalpur, Bahawalnagar campus  has  followed  policy  of assigning  different  practical  assignments to its students  so a touch  of real  working  environment can be  given to the students apart from  classroom studies  to  widen their  perspective. Therefore study of the subject is incomplete without observing in real working environment. In this context, respectable, teacher Mr. Tauqir Ahmad has assigned us a project of New Product Development. So I select for this purpose the Paint industry.

Acknowledgement:
To Almighty ALLAH for sending his messenger Muhammad (S.A.W), for the guidance of mankind, and blessing us with courage to complete all our work. This world is working but a physical existence of rule of cause and effect everything is a result of some other event and everything is dependent on some other. Human being is one of the weakest certain of the Almighty dependent on other for his existence. This is the law and we cannot change but we can not only come out of his dependence by sharing knowledge among our fellow beings but also we and prove that man is not weakest creation. In this vision of circle of cause and effect those people are really great who help other in getting knowledge. One such person is our teacher Mr. Tauqir Ahmad who help us a lot in making this an group report, would not have possible. In this project completion I also thankful to my seniors who support me in every aspect. We also thankful to all group members for their co-operation and devotion. .

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
 
Desert Painters will provide top-quality interior and exterior residential and commercial painting services. The principal officers of Desert Painters believe that most companies in this industry suffer two major problems. These are poor scheduling of job projects and poor retention of quality employees. Both lead to lower customer satisfaction, lack of repeat business and a low word-of-mouth referral rate. Desert Painters believes that by implementing this contractor business plan, it can improve upon and exploit these weaknesses to gain local market share. The company will seek to provide its painting services in the most timely manner and with an ongoing comprehensive quality-control program to provide 100% customer satisfaction. The company's principal officers see each contract as an agreement not between a business and its customers, but between partners that wish to create a close and mutually-beneficial long-term relationship. This will help to provide greater long-term profits through referrals and repeat business. The mission of Eye-catching Interiors is to offer high quality interior commercial and residential painting services. The company will accomplish this by using the highest quality materials and apply them in the most professional manner. Every customer will be dealt with in a personal and friendly manner and every project will be viewed as a personal reflection of the company.
