We used questionnaires system, indirect oral interview and mailed questionnaires as the method of collecting data. On the basis of the data, we draw an conclusion.

We found that there is no such relationship between leadership style and employee satisfaction. Though some kind of autocratic leadership is maintained here, employees are satisfied to their organization and superiors (May be for the salary paid, promotion opportunities, job security, benefits, career opportunity and status).

We recommended that the Bank should change their pattern of leadership and give more emphasize on democratic or participative leadership. They should not only increase the participation of employees in decision making but also the delegation of authority should be distributed to make the employees more satisfied. Employees satisfaction will make them more dedicated, royal, efficient and disciplined. As a result, the company will prosper day by day.
