In Victoria University on third semester 2012 attending class I expected from this unit a lot, I hope that this unit will be very interesting for me, I want learn to think critically, work as a team, and solve the problems according to real situations. My goal of Professional development 1 is achieve my personal goal, working in a business environment in Sydney, improve creative skills to be creative and predictable in the future career. ‘Feelings must be openly expressed for the issue to be resolved. (Fogler, HS & LeBlanc,S 2008, p. 32) For me important is learning process and teaching system, to try discovering my findings, be motivated for searching the first accounting job. ‘Dr Edge said “with a graduate’s employment history the most important factor when it comes to a curriculum vitae, graduates need to look at finding employment experience during their studies as this is valued by employers at the end of their degree when they are looking for a job.”’ (Carroll & Arnott, 2012, p.1) In this unit I learned to express my ideas, communicate with classmates, solve practical activities, decide in who is the leader and create a team in class. As a future accountant I will use all my knowledge and try to be successful in the Australian business.
