* Reflection about the outdoor activity
There are things in life that you think you’ll never make unless you’ll try it. We just need not to even worry or hesitate in surpassing our fears because whatever we do at the end of the road will be our greatest reward – happiness.
Last July 21, 2012, we had our outdoor activity at Falcon Crest Norzagaray, Bulacan. At first I was so excited about the most awaiting and exciting activities behind it because that is the only time I could enjoy and relax from such busy school works. But because of the bad weather on that day, I could barely imagine how I could enjoy and have fun with the activities.
Well, I guess I have no choice but to face and accept all the challenges of the physical activities we’d encounter. These challenges include tasks such as: rope courses, tire swing, egg catching, rappelling, wall climbing, zipline, cargo netting and swimming games. Each task is not really easy for us because we have various weaknesses.
But because of the motivation and encouragement given by each of my classmates, we definitely finished the race that was given to us. Though we find it so difficult and impossible to do, what matters most is that we have accomplished it. We have gained memorable experiences with each other – a golden treasure of memories that will surely last for lifetime. “We may walk, run and stumble, but let us never lose sight of the reason for the journey, or miss a chance to see a rainbow on the way.”
