When I first started this course I was really nervous having to stand in front of the whole glass giving speeches. I'm glad I did especially with with the instructor that I got. I'm also glad that I got it over with because I learned a lot throughout the semester. I learned how to be more confident while giving speeches and the strategies you need while you are up there presenting yoursekf, HOw knowledgable you need to be with what you are presenting. I also learned how to give different types of speeches like informative, persuasive, etc.

This class has taught me a lot and I wish to continue speaking in front of an audience so I could master it and get over my stage fright. What I should of worked on more to succeed in this course is to get the audiences attention more. I didn't have an attention getter for the audience to be interested in what my speech was going to be about. I also should of gave more eye contact. Giving more eye contact to the audience would let them know that you are serious about what you were presenting instead of looking at the notecards the whole entire time. Last thing I could of done better while giving speeches is memorizing the topic of the speech I was giving. If you memorize the topic and not read off of a card it lets the audience know that you know what you are talking about.

Thank you Zaki for an amazing experience in communications class (:
