REDUCE STRESS BY POSITIVE THINKING Stress is an inseparable part of our daily life. Not only does it effect our mind but it also leads to some serious physical aliments. In many cases, it has been seen being responsible for some serious problems as well such as heart attack and nervous system failure. If enough precaution are taken in daily life, the negative impact of the stress can be greatly reduced. Positive thinking is the best technique that helps fight stress in an effective way and has a long lasting effect on the health of an individual. It also keeps the person quite optimistic despite all the negative experiences of life which not only makes the person live longer but also helps improving the quality of life. Basic principle of positive thinking is to get rid of all the negative thoughts, not feeling too much worried about the failures, rejections and to see all the experiences of life in a positive prespective only. However, it may be easier said than done. It’s a really challenge to achieve all the above. However it is not at all an impossible to do that if it is done with a bit of patience. Positive thinking can be best achieved by the first focusing on all of your positive traits without thinking a bit about the negative ones, one can look and find all the positive achievements from the past experiences and keep remembering them as a treasure. Even if you often find yourself under stress, try to look for the opportunities to improve and prevent them from occurring again in the future. We must know that the past is a memory trace and it has not other reality beyond it. You might say there are repercussions of the past on your present and future, but that’s just an idea in your mind. The past is over, and it won’t happen again. Stop dwelling on it and stop resenting it. Besides, we must understand that Life unresisted brings grace. We must let go of control and flow with life.
