Red wine

Red wine is a kind of favourite drinks in the world, it produced by red, blue or purple grapes. When people celebrate and making a toast to their friends, a cup of red wine is necessary and also it is the best choice than the other wines, not only because it has a long history, but also it is healthily for people. R.Curtis Ellison, M.D. said:" Moderate alcohol consumption, especially moderate red wine consumption, is associated with much lower risk of heart disease and stroke, leading causes of death in the United States." (Lewis Perdue, 2004, p1 ). Ernest Hemingway said: "Wine is the most civilized thing in the world." (Ernest Hemingway, 2004, p1).

Due to it is produced by grapes without other additives, red wine become a kind of natural and nutritional drinks. It includes three major nutrients which are the maintenance of human life and activities: vitamins, protein and sugar. In the alcoholic drinks, it also contains the higher minerals, in other words, it is better for our bones. The PH of red wine is between 2 to 2.5 and that is similar with gastric juice of human-being. However, red wine also contains a certain proportion of alcohol, it can not drink too much, otherwise it will damage the body's immune system, increasing opportunities for cancer. For modern people, drinking red wine, which is a symbol of wealth and enjoy. Because of its history, a bottle of red wine, people would cost hundreds yuan and even millions yuan.
