Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with HR team members to design compensation packages for employees. Assist HR team members in determining organizational rewards programs. Analyze compensation packages for employees using HRIS.

Research wage rates among job titles through query software to ensure that compensation programs are up to date and competitive. Analyze salaries for employees using HRIS.
Conduct job evaluations to determine accurate rewards.
Collect information about job through surveys, interviews and focus groups. Prepare, plan, and administer annual reports that illustrate the relationship between the job analyses and compensation packages. Ensure that Dex One is complying with state and federal laws. Forecast changes in economy that will impact employee compensation.
