One of the most successful industries in the United States is known the housing market was once. The majority of the economy in the United States comes from of housing causative less to the economic increase. Therefore, in the real estate facilities need to be increased according to the prices level. The prices would obtain lower according to the size and the facilities of the housed, which can be beneficial for customers. This paper would discuss provides statistics on the population, the purpose of the research, hypothesis, review of literature, sampling design, data collection, analysis of data.
Purpose of research
The principal purpose of research is to analyze the problem and find all the possible answers or solutions that an issue or problem would have. In essence research is to provide information that guides for successful solutions. In this paper, the objective of research is to explain the problem of unstable prices and the few facilities in the houses. The objective of this research is to evaluate the irregular distribution of prices and facilities. The buyers are paying high prices with few facilities. “The main cause of this research is to make the house prices even to the comforts or facilities provided to the customers. This can be useful for customers and for all people” (Rowland, 1959).
Research problem
The research problem in real estate is that many buyers are paying their houses are not in conformance to the facilities offered. The fact is that the selling prices and the facilities in the houses not should have a difference. The most important is that the buyers be supposed to be satisfied completely with the amount they pay. It has to be a strong reason if there is a difference in the prices of the house.
