The dissertation project on topic “a study on factors influencing repurchase intention in online shopping in e-stores” was done to determine to what extent the factors i.e. security price and convenience effect customer satisfaction and to what extend the customer satisfaction lead to customers repurchase intention. The main purpose of this research is to analyses the relation between variables using multiple regressions. A tool called Warp Pls has been used for doing the analysis. SPSS has also been used for doing cross tabulation .I could really understand in real terms what is marketing research and how it can be used effectively for different problem.
Today’s world where internet has been spread into every house and offices opportunities in internet has also been increased almost everything is now available in net starting from paying house bills to purchasing households. People today live in the world of convenience and luxury Due to the increasing use of internet online shoppers have also increased and there is a large no of E-stores opened. This is also due to the easiness in opening a bank account .almost every students now has a bank account which probe them to use the online means of purchasing This research is to identify the effects of Security, Price, Convenience and Customer satisfaction on online consumers repurchases intention
