R.C.Coleman sell many types of food products to grocery store and supermarket outlets. The order request for the outlets includes many different types of products from 20 to 50. Warehouse, the R.C.Coleman current operation, they use labors to dispatch the order-picking and have the goods moved to the ware house shipping area. Now, the management decide to automate the operation because of the high cost and ow productivity for labors. After consulting with members of the engineering staff and warehouse management personnel, the director complied a list of activities associated with the project. The optimistic, most probable, and pessimistic times have also been provided for each activity.
