About this case, our city, Hong Kong waste energy is top in the world. So, the society is start to attention the energy efficiency problem. Schneider Electric is top focus on energy efficiency company in Hong Kong. Schneider Electric find that, Hong Kong is a complete society, people attention and want to find the method save the energy. Schneider Electric see this is a opportunity, a huge opportunity for business. Schneider Electric's commitment to sustainable development can be summarized as follows: "Sustainable development is conducive to Schneider Electric, the Schneider Electric also conducive to sustainable development". They understand the new world must development energy efficiency business and they can find the opportunity on this case. Also, Schneider Electric same time to promote other green marketing activity, they know the responsibility about a big company, they think they should be promote some green activity because they keep the grown of the profit every year. This is their society responsibility based on they get the profit in this city. Also, Schneider Electric think that, keep to go green activity can efferent build up their company image, a good green image, can help them to attract more customer, beneficial their marketing strategy. Also, Schneider believe them, their company work about green marketing, keep to promote green activity can help their have good impact.

Schneider Electric’s main environmental actions is promote the energy efficiency and lack of energy problem, Schneider Electric service about the energy management of their customer, the direct impact is when they promote the green actions to human about why need to save the energy and how to save the energy, more people focus the lack of energy problem, more customer will find them. May be promote the green action will increase their promotion cost, but they can make the people attention energy problem, then they can find the new customer. Also, Schneider Electric’s other environmental actions can get the society recognition, build up a green brand image, this image is fit in their service. Schneider Electric can get a good image in society. More consumer will know and remember their brand name, and based on their good brand image, customer will tend to choose their company. Also, Schneider Electric development of environmentally friendly production this year, although this action will increase the development cost, but it will save the energy can find more customer to use their service, and reduced the cost in a long-term. And the same time, a top technology make their company more efficient to save energy and produce cost. Schneider Electric is know their society responsibility, they have high employee benefits, about employee training and their medical benefits, they think that in addition to Improve work efficiency, because employee have more knowledge to work and less absent they work, the benefits can increase employee loyalty and reducing the talent to stay lost. Although keep the green marketing will increased the operating cost and complex management mode, but the sales and technology advantage is more than disadvantage.
