Dear Abhay Airan,

This is to inform that your request (Registration No. 1601130281) to visit the Rashtrapati Bhavan on 09/02/2013 at 1:00 PM along with 9 persons has been approved. You should reach the Reception of the Rashtrapati Bhavan 30 minutes before the scheduled Visiting Time. You are also requested to carry your valid Photo ID proof or Foreign national should carry their valid passport. and the printout of this E-mail.

After your arrival in Forecourt area, you will be assisted in orientation of Forecourt and Jaipur Column. You will also get an opportunity to click pictures through your own camera in Forecourt. Thereafter, you may send back your mobile phones, camera and other items in your waiting vehicle. After this, you may proceed to reception for entry pass for guided tour.

Rashtrapati Bhavan can be approach through a. Rajpath via Gate No: 2 b. Dalhousie Road, South Avenue Via Gate No: 37 c. Only Pedestrians are allowed from Gate No: 38 (Near Church Road at North Avenue) d. An approach route to Rashtrapati Bhavan is attached.
Parking Instructions: a. The Parking is available inside the Rashtrapati Bhavan Opposite Gate No: 4. b. Only light Vehicles are allowed from Gate No: 2. c. All type of Vehicles including heavy vehicles are allowed from Gate No: 37

Please Note:
Eatables, Pan, Gutka, Cigarette, Backpack, Camera, Video Camera and Mobile Phone are not allowed inside the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
