ABSTRACT

We present a stabilization method named as the SAV (stability of aerial vehicle) algorithm for autonomous stabilization of a quadrotor. The comparison between the existing algorithm which is the PID algorithm and the SAV algorithm is made to understand the features and drawbacks of each of them for the better functioning of the quadrotor. The design of the quadrotor using various specifications have been done on the basis of the background study made. Through various simulation tools we have modeled the quadrotor for a better understanding.
