Pursuasive Memo

I have received your e-mail regarding the Fitness Center Proposal and I understand that you have many questions and concerns.
Please be advised that I have opened several fitness centers in many office buildings throughout Southern California and they have been very successful in each location.   I often receive expressions of gratitude from other building managers.    
Not only does each center bring in revenue for the owners of the building, but the other occupants get new clients for their companies as well.
I know one of your main concerns is regarding security on your other floors in your building.   Most of the centers are located on the first floor of each building so that there will be no concerns when non-employees come for a workout.   As in all of my fitness centers, I provide ample security to ease your mind.   To date, there have been no incidents of theft in any of the other locations.
The fitness center will be one that will keep families happy and healthy all at the same time.   The centers will be open during very convenient hours before and after work.   Most employees at the other locations find it convenient to work out during their lunch hour.   We provide an ample number of machines and showers in each location.  
I know that another concern was regarding childcare.   Our facilities have certified childcare workers in our fully equipped childcare centers on the premises.   The hours for childcare are only in the evenings.   We provide tutoring as well as fun workouts for children.
