REVIEW what your role, responsibilities and boundaries as a teacher would be in terms of the teaching/training cycle. Include also a summary of the key aspects of current legislative requirements and codes of practice relevant to your subject and the type of organisation within which you would like to work.
Response/Answer.

My current teaching role is voluntary Four hours per week I'm a Class Assistant on the Digital Imaging Course. I give 1 to 1 support to participants struggling mainly with writing up their work. I also give a lecture on lenses (theory & use) & take the team out on location shooting. Once I've achieved this qualification I'll seek a leading role allowing me to implement my learning from this course. Currently this is limited by my junior position, however the following is based on me taking on the current tutors role.

Role Responsibilities & Boundaries definitions:
Role: The function assumed or part played by a person or thing in a particular situation

Responsibilities: a thing which one is required to do as part of a job, role, or legal obligation

Boundaries: a limit of something abstract, especially a subject or sphere of activity

ROLE:
Although a tutor can join the teaching/training cycle at any point, I'm starting at the outset because from my recent experience with learners of very low literacy & numeracy, it is doubtful they would have joined the course following their IAG (Initial Assessment & Guidance). This is because each step of the course requires a written write up. Whilst they are competent at taking photographs, their inability to provide a written summary of settings, conditions & their feelings, would result in a failure mark.
