Identifying needsMy role as a teacher when identifying pupil’s needs would entail recognising boundaries which hinder learning. These may include a specific learning difficulty egg Dyslexia. Identifying students learning styles would also ensure that individuals gain full potential from their learning activities.The responsibility of my role would involve working in line with my organisations policy's and procedures. Also providing learners with appropriate advice and information, whilst maintaining learner’s confidentiality.Boundaries encountered with my role may be learners not communicating a specific need.Planning learningMy role as a teacher will be to plan a lesson, including what will be taught and when. Also preparing appropriate teaching and learning resources.I would take on the responsibility of creating a safe, accessible and stimulating environment for my learners. I would create suitable plans after identifying my learner’s needs, obtaining appropriate resources and materials to support my plans and the learners.
