How do I asses myself as a human person?
Self assessment is a necessary activity for navigating a course through life. A conscious assessment of our goals, our behavior, our relationships, and our performance in all domains ultimately enables self improvement. It allows as to expand our options in life.
I asses myself as a human person through knowing myself more. Knowing what my strength and weaknesses is. When I’m down and out, I remind myself that there are lots of other people in the world feeling like I’m. I also remind myself that everything that happens in this world has a reason, and every challenge that comes into our lives can help us to be a better one in the future.
Do I already consider myself a healthy and moral person?
I’m considering myself as healthy and moral person. Healthy in a way that I’m full of values that my parents taught me. Moral person. I admit that I’m not a perfect person, I know that I have made lots of mistakes over my existence but I know that God knows that all of those are not enough for me not to be called a moral person.
Am’ I my capable of own decision without fear of community mistakes along the cause of my actions?
I for one believe that when we’re going to make decisions we have to consider people around us for they might be affected of what will be the result of the decision we made. Being a responsible person I would do or make decisions that may have no bad effect to my community.
How to cope or adjust with frustration?
Frustration is an emotion that occurs in situations where a person is blocked from reaching a desired outcome. In general, whenever we reach one of our goals, we feel pleased and whenever we are prevented from reaching our goals, we may come to frustration and feel irritable, annoyed and angry. Typically, the more the important the goal, the greater frustration and results anger or loss of confidence.
