Advantages of computers: A great convenience
Computers have become an indispensable device for us for three main reasons. First of all, one can write more effectively by means of a computer. A computer allows as to create documents, edit, print, and store them so that they can be recovered later. Furthermore, there are tools like spelling and grammar checker, thesaurus and dictionary, installed in the computer. Also, typing is much faster than writing on a paper, for example, if there is a need for reorganizing the sentences or paragraphs, instead of writing it all over again, one can cut and paste and make the necessary changes. Secondly, one can remain connected to the world through the Internet. For example, the World Wide Web (WWW) or simply web is a huge resource of information that can be accessed via the Internet. To mention other resources, E-mail is a method of communication used globally, between friends, colleagues, business partners, and so on. Also, there are more facilities like online chatting available on the Internet. As compared to telephonic conversation, both e-mail and online chat are cost saving. Last but not least, one can perform a task such as banking, by sitting within the comfort of one's home, for example, there is no need to stand in the line for money withdrawing, depositing, or conducting other transactions. In addition, one can read current news, check weather conditions, plan vacations, and make hotel and travel reservations, among others. All in all, computers are a great advantage in terms of writing, global connectivity and comfort.

Sending emails: The Greatest Choice
E- mail is one of the best tools the Internet provides us with, for three main reasons. First of all, people save more money by using emails as they are cheaper than phone calls. In fact, the cost of sending and receiving emails is very low regardless of whether you send one or one hundred of them. Moreover the place where they are sent does not affect their cost. For this reason, there is no other way to communicate remotely as efficient as emails. Secondly, sending emails is a way o save time as well. The time it takes to get an email to another person ranges from a few seconds to a few minutes whether or not the shipment is to the same city or to another continent. Last but not least, people send hundreds of thousands of emails from the comfort of a home, an office or anywhere in the world. All they need is an internet connection to send and receive information. For instance, nowadays, the service of wi-fi available in restaurants, airports, cafes and even parks has enabled more disponibility for people to access internet anywhere. Moreover, you can access to internet from mobile phones such as Blackberry or Iphone. All in all, the use of emails is a great advantage in terms of cost, speed and communication.

Disadvantages of sending emails.
The email service, though beneficial in our day-to-day life, it has three main drawbacks. First of all, One disadvantage of email is that although you can enjoy sending email to your friends, family members and colleagues. Many people send spam and junk emails with attachments filled with destructive viruses that are at risk of ruining your computer if opened. Another disadvantage of email is that the inbox of a person’s mail starts filling up rather fast. Secondly, the rapid build up of mail won’t only be the emails that you expect, but rather expect a host of advertisements by companies who sell peoples email address for their benefit. A few emails might not be a great problem but when the amount of mails received becomes out of control, it can certainly get very annoying. A person might start seeing hundreds of mails a day with most of it considered as spam and junk. In little time, you will realize that you have thousands of mails unread causing an overload.
