STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
This proposal aims to determine the feasibility of creating a feeding program in Taft Avenue., Malate, Manila. The information obtained for this research may be useful for alleviating hunger and malnutrition for the marginalized individuals and families in Taft Avenue., Malate, Manila. In the course of this proposal, this study will aim to answer the following problem: * What is the percentage of people in Taft Avenue are hungry? * What do the individuals and families eat on a daily basis. * How frequent would the people need a feeding program? Should this be schedules on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis?

SCOPE, LIMITATIONS AND DELIMITATIONS
This study is solely limited on creating a feeding program precisely on the marginalized individuals of Taft Avenue., Malate, Manila within the vicinity of La Salle. Specifically Dagonoy Street to Estrada. Moreover it deals only with distributing each food at scheduled intervals and lessening of hungry individuals within the chosen vicinities.

OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT
Help Our People Eat (H.O.P.E.) is a mobile feeding program specifically designed for marginalized individuals along Dagonoy and Estrada Street Taft Avenue., Malate, Manila. It aims to deliver complete and nutritious meals to families and individuals. The program also focuses on educating the marginalized individuals about proper nutrition.

Feeding Program
The first phase of H.O.P.E. will be a mobile feeding program. H.O.P.E. busses will be travelling from Dagonoy to Estrada Street to deliver nutritious food to the marginalized individuals. This will start at 8am at the Barangay Hall.

Education Program
H.O.P.E. not only aims to feed but it also aims to educate. Hence, the second phase, the education program. This aims to teach marginalized individuals about the importance of proper nutrition. Nutritionists will have talks that will teach parents as well as kids about the three basic food groups.
