This report details the Recruitment and Selection Process and how it operates. From the customer point of view, the report outlines how our country is being benefitted from the Orascom Telecom Bangladesh Limited (Banglalink) through its Recruitment and Selection Process.
Recruitment and Selection Process is very necessary in any organization to maintain a good management system. Perfect Recruitment and Selection Process ensures the right choice of employees who worked for the organization perfectly. If an organization can ensure an effective recruitment and selection process, it can produce a strong and established human resource power.
Orascom Telecom Bangladesh Limited (Banglalink) believes understanding the customer is most basic factor in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. They need to maintain a good recruitment and selection process for the employees, within the organization to achieve their target customer satisfaction. Therefore, it tries to maintain all the process to ensure a perfect recruitment and selection process.
