~ Provide cater service for birthday party to customer.
~ For wedding we provide: Wedding cakes, cup cakes for guests.

Managing Employees

1. Work Environment to motivate employees

Employees who are satisfied with their jobs are more motivated whereby manager can motivate employees through ensuring job satisfaction.

Thus, McGregor’s Theory X and Theory Y are used to ensure employees done their jobs perfectly. Each theory represents supervisors’ possible perception of workers.

It is also important to provide them a safety needs when they are working, such as Job security and safe working conditions. Plus Flexible work schedule also will motivate employees by they have flexibility on their work schedule.
