Many food industries are prevailing in the market which supplies the customers with various kinds of food products. Some of the products in this business are Nestle’s Milo, GlaxoSmithKline’s Horlics and Heinz’s Complan. This products are considered as food products for infants. Comparisons in different aspects of this products are discussed below :- NESTLE MILO NESTLE: Nestle was formed in 1905 by the merger of the Anglo-Swiss Milk Company, established in 1866 by brothers George Page and Charles Page, and Farine Lactee Henri Nestle, founded in 1866 by Henri Nestle. At Nestle , their mission is to improve the quality of life by enabling people to do more, feel better and live longer. This mission drives them to make a real difference to the lives of millions of people with their commitment to effective healthcare solutions

MILO: Milo was originally developed by Thomas Mayne in Sydney, Australia in 1934,Milo is sold in South Africa, New Zealand, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Jamaica, and under license in the Philippines and Malaysia It is marketed and sold in many countries around the world. Its basically a powder milk but use as a baby foods. This is then fortified with vitamins and minerals which is good for baby’s health. So now a days most of the mother’s use this as a baby food for growth and their good health.

PRODUCT QUALITY :Milo has been made into a chocolate bar, manufactured by Nestle and sold in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Bangladesh,Thailand and South Africa.Milo has been available for many years in a malted flavour, marketed in a burgundy can alongside the traditional green tin.Products based on Milo are available, such as cereal, yoghurt and ice cream. In addition to the powdered form, there is a pre-mixed version of Milo that comes in cans or drink boxes.In Australia, a new version of Milo called Milo B-Smart was released in 2008 (the original and malt Milo varieties remain); which is of a finer texture and has added B vitamins and iodine. It has a different taste from the original Milo formula and is marketed as a health food for children.In some regions, a Milo branded cereal is produced. It consists of a crunchy crescent moon-shaped flake of dark brown colour. These flakes are flavoured to match Nestlé's Milo powdered drink. The flakes also have the property of flavouring the milk. In Asia, Milo cereal is shaped into crunchy balls about 0.5" in diameter. This is to contrast with an existing cereal also shaped like a hollow half moon marketed as Koko Krunch.
