Youth leadership is a distinct and stringent responsibility. Today’s youth still face many attitudinal challenges to self-empowerment. Both the problem and the solution begin at home with their parents. Leadership training must start from an early childhood, as these young adults learn to take gradual responsibility for their own decisions. Only through self-determination, can these youth eventually achieve leadership in their respective communities. In addition to parental guidance, society has responsibility to create opportunities for these young adults to exercise good leadership. This essay is completely about how leadership has become an essential authority and how it is effecting the youth of this century.…

One of the great sayings of Ahmed Deedat “Do not seek to find reasons why elections are not possible seek to make them possible, and they will be possible”(Ahmed Deedat n.d). Sheikh Ahmed Deedat Hussein was born in the city Sirat, India, in 1918. His father moved to South Africa after he was born and then when he became nine years old his mother passed away. Deedat’s father decided to spend their rest of their life in South Africa. Ahmed was an excellent student; he exceeded in all his studies although he faced different languages and it was hard for him to understand but he did his best to learn it. Ahmed deedat is my hero for three reasons; he was a notable, recognizable and very passionate with his goal in life, he also was a great Writer, lecturer and an excellent Debater, he was the defender of Islam and his prophet mohd (pbah).…

Weberian bureaucracy has its origin in the works by Max Weber (1864-1920), a notable German sociologist, political economist, and administrative scholar who contributed to the study of bureaucracy and administrative discourses and literatures during the late 1800s and early 1900s. Max Weber belongs to the Scientific School of Thought, who discussed such topics as specialization of job-scope, merit system, uniform principles, structure and hierarchy. His contemporaries include Frederick Taylor (1856-1915), Henri Fayol (1841-1925), Elton Mayo (1880-1949), and later scholars, such as Herbert A. Simon (1916-2001), Dwight Waldo (1913-2000), and others.…

Overview: Any company want to achieve growth, it faces a combination or one of three options: growing organically, cooperative growth and/or merger and acquisitions. Organic growth means to preserve the company’s profit, plus outside financing, to achieve internal growth, such as Apple Corporation. Also, the cooperative growth is to tap into different industries, or markets, with the help of another established business in that market segment/industry, such as American Airlines. Finally, the merger and acquisition strategy is to buy, or merge, with other competitors to arrive at a better market share, such as Google. To determine which growth strategy fits better, it depends on the overall industry growth stage and company specific growth stage. Every industry has a preferable growth strategy and each case is subjective. However, the main objective of any growth strategy is to better position the company in its industry. Hence, to determine which growth strategy should be followed, we can refer to Porter’s five forces model and see the influence of each growth strategy on each force. In addition, we need to look at the growth stage of the industry as a whole. When analyzing Majid Al Futtaim holding, we will apply the above criterion on each of the group’s segments. Accordingly, we will determine which growth strategy is most effective.…

    Dr. Zakir Naik

Many people would probably answer no to this question. They would assume he is a terrorist or part of a terrorist group. Why? The flaws he holds are all in how he looks. Just because he is a Muslim and people recognize that because of what he looks like, they will think harshly of him. However what they do not know is that this man’s name is Dr. Zakir Naik and he is an international speaker for Islam and the holdings of the Quran ("Dr Zakir Naik," 2014). Not only does he speak about what is inside the Quran but also he talks about all religions. He is worldly known to have impacted so many people’s lives through his public talks. With having done over 2000 of them in many different countries across the world, Dr. Zakir Naik has helped influence and win over people and help those who were once ignorant about Muslims and the religion which they follow, Islam, that it is loving and peaceful and that the Quran is pure. Although there may be people who are corrupted in the religion, not everyone is and it makes it extremely unfair and bias to categorize everyone involved with Islam as being terrorists. So Dr. Zakir Naik’s flaws are seen to be just how he presents himself and he has no control over that. He chooses to represent his religion proudly, regardless of how people see him. The millions of people who have seen him respect him and his life’s work. He has gone above and beyond to make sure people’s questions get answered and makes sure that everyone is more knowledgeable in the areas they were always in the dark about. He may be one person, but there are plenty of others just like him who have experienced the same judgments.…
