ADVANTAGES OF SA-WRAP
Vegetarian diets are gaining in popularity as more and more people are becoming concerned about health and healthy eating. DISADVANTAGES OF SA-WRAP
Although Sa-Wrap provides all the essential nutrients from the fruits and vegetables it contained, there are certain factors that we can get in more amounts from the meat or fish.
(a) Protein deficiency - Quality proteins (calcium, vitamin B12, iron and zinc found in animal products such as meat, fish, eggs, milk, chicken) are not found in plant products and the body cannot synthesize itself. (b) Vegetarians will have megaloblastic anemia, sometimes severe. (c) Bowel irregularities – Sa-Wrap is totally free from fats. It’s not good to take vegetarian foods only because certain amounts of cholesterol and fat is necessary for the development of the nervous system and normal body functioning....
