How I Lost Weight and How I Stay Healthy
Many Americans are in the diet and weight-loss craze, the population as a whole is still considered overweight. This may be due to many factors, such as lack of nutrition in food and having an inactive lifestyle. For drinks I would consume only cold glass of water and energy drinks that have no calories and sugar. Between my lunch and dinner I would have small snacks of mixed nuts and low fat yogurt. Everyone has different times of what breakfast, lunch and dinner could be for them.
