      To evaluate Riordan Manufacturing’s circumstances and identify the changes that the company needs to implement while aligning the employee compensation, cultural diversity and rewards programs to interconnect with the corporate strategy plan, is important to have a work environment in which employees are trusted, valued, and compensated for their hard work. As Riordan focuses on the company makeover, modifications are expected to prepare the company for the changes, challenges, and prospects obtainable by reconstructing policies, and strategic plans. The modifications listed in this paper are the main resources to guaranteeing Riordan’s potential development and achievements, in growing the company in the correct direction for the shareholders and customers.
      Riordan Manufacturing is a globally known plastics company that develops and manufactures plastics through the process of injection molding. The company has three operations that manufacture custom plastic parts, plastic beverage containers, and plastic fan parts. Riordan employs over 550 employees and has anticipated yearly revenues of $46 million and business revenue of $1 billion (University of Phoenix, 2008). In 2000, a company extension into China relocated the manufacturing operation of fans from Michigan, and restructured the Pontiac, MI building to manufacture custom plastic parts (University of Phoenix, 2008).
      Riordan had many hurdles to jump when the company expanded into China; from passing Chinas’ inspections, gaining the proper licensing, and equipping the new facility, each hurdle was met with success.
