TYPE OF BUSINESS
Shacquilla’s Restaurant will be a sole trader business, which will be owned and operated by shacquilla tash.

NATURE OF THE BUSINESS
The nature of Shacquilla’s Restaurant, is to provide our customers with the best quality food. Shacquilla’s Restaurant will offer a delicious and healthy menu, Sand witches, Burgers and salads, Omelettes and such more created from fresh and natural ingredients. We guarantee that there’s something to please every plate and diet, Shacquilla’s Restaurant is the perfect place for a family gathering or a business meeting. Opening hours from (8:30 am- 4:30pm).

MISSION STATEMENT
Shacquilla’s Restaurant vision is to be the world’s best quick service, Restaurant experience, and being the best means providing outstanding quality, service, cleanliness and value.

JUSTIFICATION OF LOCATION
Shacquilla’s Restaurant will be located in St. Vincent and the Grenadines at Mesopotamia next to the police station.

THREE REASON TO JUSTIFY LOCATION
1. To assist with the development of the community.

2. The ability to transport to and finish good from shacquilla’s Restaurant.

3. Closeness to raw materials.

SELECTION OF APPROPRIATE LABOUR
The types of labour which will be essential for Shacquilla’s Restaurant are both unskilled and skilled.

THE NUMBERS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE EMPLOYED
In this business would be (11) person employed.

* (1) Supervisor- Skilled
* (1) Secretory - Skilled
* (1) Accountant-Skilled
* (4) Cleaners- unskilled
* (4) chefs - skilled

* The supervisor: to make sure that all employees are productive and resolve problem as they arise.

* The accountant: to prepare financial statement of the business.

* The secretary: to answer the phone and handling the records or file. .

* The chefs: responsible for cooking the foods.

* The cleaners: will be responsible for all dirty areas.

ONE REASON WHY THIS TYPE OF LABOUR IS NECESSARY.
The reason why this type of labour is necessary is to make a good profit. To provide customers with the best-selling food around.to also assist with the development of the community.

CAPITAL
Capital constitutes money and all other assets that can generate income .In other words; Capital refers to all assets (belonging or possession) of a person, company or industry. FIXED CAPITAL
This is or capital that is long lasting and which does not change their form during the course of production. WORKING CAPITAL
