Prezi is a cloud-based presentation software and storytelling tool for exploring and sharing ideas on a virtual canvas. Prezi is distinguished by its Zooming User Interface (ZUI), which enables users to zoom in and out of their presentation media. Prezi allows users to display and navigate through information within a 2.5D space on the Z-axis. Prezi was officially established in 2009 by co-founders Adam Somlai-Fischer, Peter Halacsy and Peter Arvai. Personally I enjoyed Prezi it was very use-full with presenting and clearly letting the viewer know what is going on in the presentation, it was very unique with how it let you zoom in and zoom out that helped me by making my spacing and my flow of words clear and readable. FileMaker Pro:
FileMaker Pro is powerful, easy-to-use database software that helps you and your team get any task done faster. Millions of people in business, government, and education use FileMaker Pro to effortlessly manage all their information on iPad, iPhone, Windows, Mac and the web. I enjoyed FileMaker Pro it was a very use-full way of organizing a bunch of data and putting in a businesslike manner it was easy to go through and didn’t have a lot of troubles understanding the application. Overall it was a very handy tool that can be used for more data that can be organized very well. Microsoft Publisher:
Microsoft Publisher is an entry-level desktop publishing application from Microsoft, differing from Microsoft Word in that the emphasis is placed on page layout and design rather than text composition and proofing. I really enjoyed this application it was very easy to use not so confusing and also had a very strong way to send out a message by making a brochure, invitation, newspaper article and business cards.
