I would like to thank all the people who helped me on accomplishing my practicum. To my mother Phey Concepcion, To my father Joel Concepcion for always helping me every time I need them.

To the HII management of Joya Lofts & Tower Extended Leasing Services for accepting me as an ojt at their establishment. For entrusting us the service of their condotel.

To the staff of the sales department, specially to our General Manager Miss, Monica Punzalan for treating me as a real office staff in the sales department, to our HR Miss, Mean Orlando for being nice and virtuous to me every time she see me, to our Account Executives Miss, Michelle Arcilla and Sir. Byron Fabioza for teaching me how to communicate to other business group of people.

To the staff of the accounting department I like to thank our General Accountant Marilou Adovas for being liked a good sister to me, to our Accountant Jonette Panuela and Christina Agrimano for acting like my mother when I was assigning in their department, to our messenger Sir, Bong and to our Purchasing Officer for always make me laugh every time I was in duty and to our Project Coordinator May Anchoriz for being nice and virtuous to me.

And to the staff of housekeeping department. I like thank our Executive Housekeeper Sir. Felix De Leon for being a good boss to us, To our HK Supervisor Sir. Gaspar Rosario for always make me laugh every time he tells some story jokes, to our Team Leader Sir. Ronell who never failed to guide us every time we do our duties as a room attendant, and last to the Room Attendant who always complete my day every time I assign in the HK Department To Sir Jay D for being a good RA partner to me , to Sir. Elizar, Sir. Albert, Sir. Migs, Sir. Randhie, Sir. Junel, Mam joy, Sir. Gabb, Sir Vincent and Sir Sandy, And to our Linen Supervisor Sir, Reynan and Mam. Joan. What we must do and their warm treatment to us that also helped us on having our confidence in dealing with guests.
