SWOT ANALYSIS

STRENGHT
The establishment is a member of the WORLD HOTELS, the largest and most established Europe-based global hotel group for independent hotels and regional hotel brands, and is situated in the northern part of Roxas Boulevard behind Quirino Grandstand, one of the most historical sites in the country and the Rizal Park. Only 9 kilometres away from Ninoy Aquino International Airport and 7 kilometres from Makati Business District. The hotel has a total of 147 rooms and suites with chic and modern interior design pleasantly furnished, with dining and entertainment, a fitness centre, leisure facilities at the complex , Manila Ocean Park in which has a variety of amenities and attractions. The establishment educates people of the conservation and appreciate marine bio-Diversity in which the Philippine Islands is blessed. The establishment is very near and is within a 5km radius of excursions and activities like the Temples and Churches like Manila Cathedral, Quiapo Church, etc., Museums like national Museum, Museo Pambata, etc., and other nearby facilities like Wall Climbing, scuba diving, Go-kart, golf courses and driving ranges and etc. Ideally included if there is excursion or visitation activities.

Competitiveness, it is a long term plan that needs to be maintain and will always be a challenge with all the many establishments having almost the same products to promote, the company should not stop creating best and competitive ideas.
