Firstly, I would like to thank all professors in IMBA program of Ming Chuan University, who have provided me important and necessary knowledge during the last one and a half years. A special thank goes to my supervisor, Dr. Yeh, ShuYu, for her continuous support in my thesis. Dr. Yeh was always there to listen and to give advice to me from the early preparation of the thesis. She taught me how to ask questions and express my ideas. She showed me different ways to approach a research problem and the need to be persistent to accomplish any goal. She was always there to meet and talk about my ideas, to proofread and mark up my papers and chapters, and to ask me good questions to help me think through my problems. Besides my supervisor, I would like to thank Dr. Hsieh, ChangLung, who timely support me by providing necessary tools and advice for my consideration of the thesis’s analysis . Last, but not least, I would like to convey my sincere thank to my family and my Vietnamese and international friends for unconditional support and encouragement to pursue my interests, even when the interests went beyond boundaries of language, field and geography, for sharing their experience of the dissertation writing endeavor with me, for listening to my complaints and frustrations, and for believing in me. Thank you Nguyen Ngoc Anh Thu I
