* The potato cylinders, which were inserted into the test tube containing distilled water, were the firmest and had a higher final mass compared to the other potato cylinders. The potato cylinders that were inserted into test tubes with higher concentrated solution turned out to be flaccid and had a lower final mass compared to the potato cylinders in the lower concentrated solutions....
