The study includes improvement of purchasing inventory and sales monitoring system for the Hobby Station. The developed system focused only on the shop itself and will not be available for their other branches in the future expansion. It shows the name of the supplier, items to buy, the date and its status, name of supplier, and canvassing sheet for comparison of selected prices in different supplier.

The Orange Apartelle in Paranaque City was the target to be the key beneficiary of the computerized room reservation and billing system study. This study aims to lessen the time consumed in attending to all questions of the customer. The proposed system would put more income for the corporate owners. It is a system that aims to make reservation for customers easier. Also this study aims to make a computerized billing system that would be a great help for the company itself.

The similarity of the our kitchen point of sale from the computerized room reservation and billing system of orange apartelle is that they are both designed to fasten transactions and be a way of improvement for each company.

The difference is that the Orange Apartelle can be used to be interactive with the customer for the computerized reservation.

The general purpose of the study is to develop a software system that will automate the purchase, sales and inventory monitoring system of Superior Grocery. The purchase and inventory monitoring involves transactions from the time products is delivered and becomes property of the establishment and then stored and moved to the display area. The study only involves transactions and recording of goods going in and out the establishment.
